Our greeting from the hostess was friendly and helpful. The waitress was with us right away and very attentive. My friend and I had lunch of soup, one broccoli and cheddar and the other chicken noodle. Both were very good and in good-sized crocks. We each had very-large salads with greens, bacon, cheese, 1-inch pieces of spaghetti, grape tomatoes, red peppers and very-freshly-grilled chicken. I love the fact that all the salad components were of equal, bite -size pieces. In addition, the price was certainly fair for such a lovely lunch, and part of dinner as well. They have an array of choices for dressings as well. I look forward to our next lunch there.
The food was amazing! Decided to try the Gumbo on their new Mardi Gras menu. It was full of flavor and seasoned perfectly! Topped it off with a tall cold Coors light!!!
Always wonderful customer service and great food and they have a variety of beers on tap!
I went to meet a friend who I haven't seen in a while, we decided to meet at Uno in Springfield. Pretty quickly we got seated. I wasn't starving, but he was. We got a few tasty appetizers and he got a meal. We got the Shrimp & Crab Dip, and the Boneless Chicken Bites with Sweet Red Chili Sauce. We had a lovely waitress, I can't remember her name, but we loved chatting with her, she was in a great mood and was very personable. The Shrimp & Crab Dip was delicious. It came with little pieces of garlic bread. It was savory, creamy, rich and delicious! Love! I'm not big on chicken wings, but I tried these anyway. These are great since they're boneless, they're much less mess. The sauce had a gentle kick to it. Not my favorite, but the boneless chicken bites were fine. My friend got the Rattlesnake Pasta. I tried it! That was a tasty pick, with a strong jalapeño kick! Yum! My time at Uno was a pleasant experience, I'd come back here again, when in the area.
